I bring more than 25 years of professional experience working in global organisations across marketing and business development, alongside 14 years working alongside INSEAD faculty across MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programmes.
Rooted in a systemic and psychodynamic tradition, I work with senior leaders to surface the below-the-surface dynamics of organisational life — helping them lead with greater authority, resilience and self-awareness.
I am a father of two Anglo-French children, have lived as an expat for more than 25 years across 36 countries, and was the first in my family to go to university, to live abroad and to be in a cross-cultural relationship. This lived experience of crossing boundaries — cultural, social, organisational — is at the heart of my coaching practice.
I offer a contained, confidential space in which senior leaders can explore difficult issues in depth. Drawing from a broad repertoire of models, I favour a predominantly non-directive approach, teaching specific skills when it is helpful to do so.
